I used to think good friends last forever. Truth is, good friends, like good times, don’t. Waves and waves of new acquaintances come and goes. Those who are unlikely to be your confidante sometimes takes that position unknowingly. Friends who seems like they will last till the end of time, slowly fades into oblivion, as every contact widens the distance.

JC, Guards, PSS, SJFC, The Geeks. Hmmm, I wonder how many will still remember me a decade later.

I suddenly had an urge to write. I mean, writing is different from speaking. When you’re speaking, words are seldom chosen with great care. You speak and the words are heard, and they’re forgotten. Not with writing. The amount of backspaces I did writing the above really surprises me. I thought I had the entire writing thing planned out, and yet I stuttered and stammered, on and off. I really have to start writing more essays and stuff. Who knows, it may help in the coming school term.

Drinking HL milk, probably the best milk you can get at the supermarket. There’s this strange sweetness to it- overbearing if you drink too much, but tasteful with a small little glass of it. Oops I typed cup instead of glass just now, who the hell says ‘cup of milk’? In fact, I’ve never heard anyone say that before, its just ‘glass of milk’ or ‘jug of milk’.

Anyway, I seriously need to reconsider the layout of my room. I just did a rearranging and cleanup a couple months ago, but now its really irking me. For one, my computer table’s rear end is exposed, and all the wires are hanging outside. Such an eyesore to behold. Digressing, does the previous sentence qualify as an oxymoron? Oh, yes yes my room. Its messy. And the table, oh god did I mention the table. The thing is, the table is too big to locate it in a strategic corner of my room without my screen facing the door. Privacy issue here and non-door-locker here.

Wants and needs. I want a HTC Hero(the Sense UI is amazingly gorgeous), an IKEA mesh chair(my current one is terrible), a KOLON floor protecter(I can’t bear the sight of scratched timber on my already pitted and ugly floor), a Razer Orochi(any bluetooth mouse will do, but none looks as good as this one), a Samsung Syncmaster 2493HM 24″ monitor(HDMI input, plus 1920×1200 for equivalent screen estate of MJ’s Neverland), Hankook K415 tyres(mine are cracked and slippery and downright suckass).

You can see that I’ve done quite alot of research on stuff that I want. I’m like that. But still, buying them is another issue though. I should rob a bank. On this recent episode or Warehouse 13, there’s this group of thieves(robbers is an ugly word) who plays some special soothing music and incapacitate the people in a bank. I think I can do the same. I just have to sing. And I’ll be walking away, noticeably richer.

Finally! After a day plus one of fiddling and bumbling, I managed to get the whole damn thing working again.
